Life is for Living, Not Working

We started out on the standard 40/40 plan (work 40 hours a week for 40 years and pray your super and/or the government will provide you with enough money to enjoy your retirement), but found it just wasn't for us.

We poured so much time and effort into earning a living, and yet still only just managed to get by. There never seemed to be enough time, or money, to do the things we really wanted to do.

So a few years ago we started looking for a better way - one that would give us a great income and the time to enjoy spending it. We found a number of options, but none of them seemed to work for us. Looking back, the missing ingredient was passion!

Travel is Our Passion

In 2004 we took the plunge and went on a trip to Europe for a month. Wow - what an experience. That trip really opened our eyes to some of the fantastic experiences this world has to offer. And it left us with a burning passion to sample as many of the delights this world has to offer as we possibly can.

Having a passion really helps keep you focussed.

Once we found a strong reason to earn a passive income, the mechanics of putting it in to action became so much easier. With our end goal always in mind, building our business has become fun.
